Bought a used enterprise printer and have spent over 2000 repairing it. We have never had an enterprise printer but all of the repairs seem to be our fault. The printer was printing trash code on many pages overnight and he swore it was a bad hard drive without ever seeing it and then when that didn’t fix it he tried a mother board and would not warranty the original. He gave our it person the wrong up address and we spent several hours trying to fix on our own. Buyer beware with this store. No warranty and lots of expensive repairs.
