Absolutely horrible. Refuse to give you list of doctors only send a couple at.a.time that are no where near your area. They gave wrong contact info and address. Set me up with low rated.doctors and medical groups Asked not to be sent Dr's form that group But sent me more from same group. Claim they have no surgeons in or near my area Sacramento. Say they work with the medical group I use but don't won't send any info for surgeons with that group and don't work with any well respected surgeons in my area. Pretty obvious they just take money fom companies to help employees and then make it as difficult as possible on patients so that they won't have to pay for procedures. Cannot contact anyone above a low level employee. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time
