We ordered some bags from this company and Melvin and his team went out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. Even though they were not the least expensive around, the customer service is top notch - there was even a mistake on the back of the bags that they redid for us even after we approved the proof. Items arrived in perfect condition and were beautiful - and as we expected. We will definitely use this company again in the future.
