If I could give a no star I would. The platform has had nothing but issues for my team and customers. It wouldn’t be bad if they would just reach back out and help me fix it but seems to not care about issues and won’t call you back. Highly recommend finding a different service.
We have used Knowify for 4 years now and it worked well for us until summer 2023 when they released a new update . Now we have sync issues between them and QBO including duplicate catalog items , duplicate invoices and the parts/inventory is basically a waste of time. After many conversations with Knowify support we are loseing confidence that it will ever be resolved and will regretfully need to look for a new software that doesn't limit current operations and cripple future growth. I would not recommend this software.
