    My experience with JBC Product management was very pleasant. They were very professional, polite and offered great service. My new dishwasher was delivered without any damage and the delivery person was on time.

    Poor installation service fulfillment for Home Depot backed up by a lack of professionalism. The install team was unwilling to start installing dryer because they weren't sure the dryer power cable length would reach and forced me to sign papers accepting delivery on the dryer that didn't get installed or they threatened to haul away the already installed washer if I didn't sign. They were unwilling to wait and seemed in a rush while I tried to contact Home Depot to understand next steps. Home Depot, you can do better than partnering with this company for delivery and installation!

    I purchased a washer, dryer, and pedestals from Home Depot. They were to also haul my old appliances away. The day before the delivery, JBC called to tell me the washer had been damaged in transit. We re-scheduled the delivery for the following week. The delivery team arrived with the washer. They didn't have the dryer or pedestals, and said they didn't show they were to haul away the old appliances. I then scheduled the delivery of the dryer and pedestals for the week after that. A different team of 3 arrived, and informed me they didn't have the washer as it had been damaged in transit. When I told them the washer had been delivered, I was met with a blank stare. Every time they entered or exited my front door, they left it wide open (in 40 degree weather). After they went outside one time, I noticed a draft after a few minutes and shut the door. They were standing around at my front gate for another 15 minutes doing nothing. After they left, I went to use the washer. It didn't turn on. Since the appliances are so tall, I had to get a ladder to see that they had failed to plug in the washer after installing the pedestal. After considerable pulling and maneuvering, I was able to plug in the washer. The next morning, I went out the front gate, where the van had been parked, and discovered they had thrown the pictured packaging materials in the bushes across the road from my gate. This was the absolute worst delivery experience of my life. The complete disrespect and incompetence by JBC and their delivery team was astonishing. I will never use them again, and if Home Depot doesn't have another option in the future, I'll take my business elsewhere. This is really too bad as the salesperson at Home Depot was terrific, but this whole experience took the joy out of getting new appliances.

    Absolutely awful company to deal with. Their delivery people are lazy and incompetent. They improperly installed our new washer and dryer a week ago. When questioned about it, they flat out lied that the installation was done properly. Neither unit was installed correctly on their respective pedestals. I can only imagine what kind of sloppy sub-standard work they may have done on things like the hoses and dryer vent. Unfortunately, JBC is the only delivery/installation service for appliances Home Depot uses in the Portland area. Had we known this, we would never have purchased the appliances from Home Depot.
