    We were visiting from out of town and were looking for a gym like our one in Los Angeles. We were so happy we found Inspired! Shawn and Tiffany were really great. The workout was challenging but they made it easy to adjust to whatever level you are. The class was super friendly but you could tell they were serious about their health. I love my gym back home but I would easily join this one if we lived here. Everything was well maintained and clean. Next time we visit family we will return!

    Shawn and Tiffany have a great gym! I was challenged by the workout and everyone was super positive and encouraging. The workout was total body with a good balance of strength and cardio and I was able to work at my pace. It was my first time but I’d love to visit again whenever I am in town. Thanks to Inspired Life Fitness- I’m wiped out, but I feel great!

    Joining ILF has been a life changing experience. After many years of severe lower back issues and not working out, I started one-on-one sessions with Shawn to improve my physical state. Over the next 10 months, Shawn gradually guided me to improved mobility; to be able to work out 4-5 hours/week; and, even do the Spartan race with a month's notice! All the group workout coaches are amazing; no matter how big/busy the class, they take time to provide feedback for correct posture/technique. However, Shawn's biggest accomplishment is the ILF community. The group workout classes are filled with the most unexpected diverse group of people (physical state, age, ethnicity, backgrounds) supporting each other to be a better physical and mental version of themselves. Every hour at ILF is painful and sweaty, and I can't get wait to get back.
