Waited nearly 40 minutes for the doctor, called multiple times with no answer, texted the number they had. Never even got to see the doctor. No prior message of cancellation. Called before the appointment as well. Finished the pre-appointment check in at 6am. Incredibly unprofessional. I was here for a fertility appointment that was very important and I’m devastated that I wasn’t seen.
She helped me get better but the office management is deplorable. They told me multiple times that I had no charges and my insurance was covering everything. 6 months later I received a bill for $300. I paid it, now I’ve received another bill for $60 for a visit that supposedly happened a week ago even though I haven’t been to the office in over a year. Would not go here again.
