My 5 star review is for Namrata who was very thorough in getting our taxes filed. She was quick about getting through them and asking relèvent questions to make it go as smooth as possible. She had good understanding of what to do and is a very pleasant person to work with. Only con/: The price increased by a massive 25% from last year, I’d be happier to pay the price increase if it meant my tax pro, Namrata, was getting more money. I’m really thrilled with her work. Not sure where that extra percent goes but if it’s not going to paying workers more, that may change my willingness to come back.
