Our wonderful doula, Heidi, was also our photographer. I feel like since we had a relationship already she was the perfect person to capture our family's first intimate hours with our baby. It would have felt strange to have yet another, new person in the room. Heidi's calm, caring, trusted presence put me at ease. I'm usually a little camera shy. I love the photos we received. They're beautifully edited and so, so sweet.
