Staff were wonderful but treatment was ineffective for me. Had a $25 co pay for each treatment but they never asked for it. Finally got a bill 6 months later and it’s saying I am past due. Online bill pay unavailable and billing department doesn’t answer the phone or return messages.
Don't give them your information. The provider didn't show up to my virtual consultation so I called the number provided and left a message. Now I keep getting calls stating I missed my appointment. Called the number left in the voicemail stating the situation, and am still getting called at least twice a week. Called the local number and no one answers.
I had a very positive and productive experience with TMS. I really like clinics surrounding St Vincents area. The ladies were welcoming and we had little things to chat about while I did my treatment. I looked forward to seeing them and it really helped my depression having somewhere to go 5 days a week. I also believe this helped with my SI greatly. I would and do recommend this and would do it again if needed. Thank you Greenbrook!
