Hiring Gifted Design Lab to rework my website and set up a Google ads campaign was a total waste of time and money. Their “design” work was subpar and they never even started the Google ads work. I was really hoping to not have to write a review like this, but repeated attempts to resolve this have been ignored. I was hoping they would do the right thing by either completing what they were contracted to do or issue a refund but that is not the case. Very disappointing, unethical and unprofessional experience.
