Originally, my husband and I did not intend to buy a home from Generation Homes. We were looking at Urban Northwest homes and met their RE agent, Lisa Carlo @_lisacarlo_realestate_/ and were almost ready to make an offer on a home. It wasn’t quite the home we were looking for and almost settled when I saw a listing for a Generation Homes just one block over. We looked at it and fell in love. It had all of the features we were looking to have, and the home had an elevated feeling where upgrades were all part of the standard home. It was beautifully designed and perfect for our needs and move-in ready. There was even a nice incentive that reduced the price of the home to fit our budget, so we made an offer! We were a contingent home buyer and needed to sell our current home first before we could buy this home. GH was nice enough to accept our contingency offer and worked with Lisa Carlo and us quickly to accommodate our upgrades when we were ready to close our deal. We’re thankful that we found our new home with Generation Homes Northwest, and happy to call this house our home. Lisa is a gem to work with and handled everything for us with the builder with a positive attitude.
