There is an enormous wait time for ORDER PICK UP. Even if you have an email confirmation that it is ready for pick up, you are to wait long long time (and you don’t know how long it will take). I’ve been here 40 minutes already and haven’t seen any order Given away. The lady at the counter says that it’s some kind of process that can’t be interrupted and we’re to wait 30 minutes for each device. Unbelievable experience UPD. It took an hour and a half, but it should have taken 10-15 min max. If you are not ready to give orders away for any reason, do not send customers invitations to come
