I built a PC as an amateur 5 years ago. Brought my PC to Galactic for a CPU upgrade, and when I came to pick it up it looked like a a whole new build. He fixed all my messy wiring and tossed in a 2025 bios update for free. This thing looks and runs amazing. 10/10 recommend.

This was the first shop that said he could see me the same day, gave me a super affordable price and then called me every time there was a possible price bump and when something arised. I was able to get my fixed laptop back in under 24 hours! I will be sure to go here again if I ever have tech problems. 10/10
