Our company used Forix to upgrade and redevelop an existing Magento site to version 2.0. Our main goals were to improve the user experience, replace our proprietary order fulfillment programs with mainstream, easily compatible technology, and attract a larger corporate customer base. Through Forix, we had access to a wide variety of technical and design talent. Project teams brought incredible communication skills and a meticulous management approach, which helped prevent derailment and mitigated disruption when unexpected challenges arose. They stayed on time and on budget, which is next to unheard of in website development. I have to call our two exceptional team members - Jessica and Kaitlyn were easily two of the most talented people I've worked with to date. As a former project manager, I can be incredibly critical of this skill, but Jessica managed the project flawlessly from start to finish. Kaitlyn, our UX designer, nailed all of our feedback and had impressive turnaround times. Overall, I would highly recommend Forix to any company considering launching or re-establishing their e-commerce platform.
