Carson is the best. Told him that I wasn’t going to buy anything, just wanted to understand my feet, and he still spent two hours with me and couldn’t have enjoyed the experience more. Didn’t walk out with shoes, but I actually plan on going back to get the pair we liked best this weekend. Can’t imagine a better shoe shopping experience.
I visited the Preston location on Mother’s Day to get my mom a pair of running shoes. When we walked in, we weren’t really greeted—just a quick “Finding everything okay, guys?” without even looking our way. Meanwhile, other customers were being helped more attentively and asked if they were part of the rewards program. When it was my turn to check out, I wasn’t asked if I was enrolled in the rewards program or offered the option to join, even though I’m a returning customer at Fleet Feet. Overall, the shopping experience could have been better. The Mockingbird location, by comparison, is always on point.
I was there last Tuesday to get fitted and try out some shoes. Mitchell is who helped me and she was great. She explained everything well, had me try several different pairs and was very patient. I went with the Glycerin's (Not the Max) and I absolutely love them! They're like springy marshmallow shoes. 😃 I will definitely be going back and tbh, I should have gone years ago. 💀
Was helped right away by Ethan. He walked me through the results of my feet analysis and gave me plenty of options that would work best for me, while explaining the benefits of each different shoe. He was patient as I tried each on and overall very helpful. Very positive shopping experience. Took my new shoes for a 40 minute run and had absolutely no problems, love them!!
