My husband and I did our taxes here for about 3 years straight. I never had a good feeling about this place and never got positive advice, or a descent refund. On top of that, on our very first appointment, we were treated rudely by a women who was assigned to us. I wanted to leave immediately, but my husband insisted we waited for the owner, unfortunately, I cannot remember his name. Whenever we had an issue come up when filling our taxes or if we had any questions, they could never give us alternatives or provide us with a positive advice. It was always either "That's too bad", "We can't do much.", or "There is nothing different we could have done." Regardless what our questions were their responses were always negative. 2022 was the last time this office did our taxes and boy how much do we regret coming here. For this new year tax return season we ended up going with someone else and the tax prepare confirmed that the advice that this office provided us last year was the worst advice they could have ever given us. My husband and I got negatively affected on our taxes this year for following this office's advice. This office might of been great when it first started, but through out the years they cared less and less about their clients and cared more about getting paid for their terrible services.
