  Richard is the BEST! I've been with him for 13 years. He's always responsive, takes the time to explain and address my concerns. I try not to call him too much(once a year) because every time I call him, he really tries to explain what's going on and I end up taking too much of his time. Now I just trust him without so many words. I've dealt with a few other insurance agents but I came back to him, NOT BECAUSE I trust Farmers Insurance, but BECAUSE I TRUST RICHARD. IF he moves to another insurance company, I might consider moving with him, because I trust his judgment. He says Farmers is the best and that's all I need to know for now. I moved far away but he's still my agent. Some professional relationships are to keep and he's one of them!
