Family Matters has provided companionship care for my mother in law for the last 6 months. They have provided excellent care and have been extremely responsive and flexible. All the caregivers who have helped us have been attentive and caring. We could not have asked for more.
I had major spinal surgery and wore a thoracic brace. I had limited movement. Could not bend or twist. The 3 Caregivers who came were fantastic. Not only did they help with laundry, cleaning floors, vacuuming, they helped with my cat's needs. They drove me to many places to shop, the bank, post office, appointments, etc. I have no car. I can't say enough for the quality of these 3 women's care. I was informed who was coming on what days. I was able to choose what hours I wanted help. Family Matters is a quality agency!!
Family Matters took great care of our loved one with dementia. They were so organized. We were so happy with our home health aides, particularly Helen S.. She went above & beyond and was very caring. Her supervisor Brian stopped by regularly too. He was very friendly and even helped us make a four person mahjong when I was in town visiting my loved one. Thank you to the entire team for helping our loved one live at home for 3.5 more years. ❤️
