Beware of surroundings and falling maintenance standards. NO CELL SERVICE IN APARTMENTS. I love my actual apartment and the leasing office staff are lovely.. but that is where my compliments end. The grounds are FILTHY and we have witnessed people violently dealing drugs out of their apartments. There are cobwebs everywhere in my building (not my apartment). There are literal dirt streaks caked on the INSIDE of the building. What is happening? When was the last time these buildings were power washed? There are trash on the ledges that we as tenants cannot reach. On two separate occasions me and my family have seen people dealing drugs and smacking each other around between buildings. Isn't there security? Within the last few months my cell service has all but dropped in my unit. It used to be fine, but now its useless. I can't conduct business, I cant make personal calls, I cant even buzz visitors in at the gate - no calls come through. If there were an emergency I would be in big trouble.. This is wildly not okay. I honestly used to love it here.. and I still do love my actual apartment. As consumers we understand that costs are increasing. But with a 5% rent increase.. the standards should not be dropping like this. This is a slap in the face.
