I’m 80 years old & technical issues stresses me out. This review is of Don. It is review one of two. I am very pleased with the service Don has given me. He was very considerate, knowledgeable, kind and fun. This change to my viewing could have given me migraines but even finding out that I needed a new TV, did not cause me any . He is a “techy” and during the time at my location setting everything up he did receive calls for his assistance. He did so with professionalism and good humor. And then he was right back where he left off with me. You have a wonderful employee. Keep him happy.
