At first they were so helpful and responsive. Mike Jones came to my home and told us we'd need no electric bill and it would all be part of the loan on the panels. With our solar panels it appears that we're still 53% relying in the grid so you'd think our bills would at least be lower. Why did I just pay an over $300 electric bill still in april?! When trying to contact Jones he is now unresponsive, when emailing our other representative, unresponsive, and now when I called them directly they just asked me to email my electric bill to them. I wish I had recorded the lies this man sold us. He told us we'd have a transition period where they'd help pay a few electric bills before fully switching to solar. Frankly yall, don't do it. They don't have batteries to store so you need the grid at night, and they will say anything to get you to buy in. They did replace our AC unit, windows, and a door as part of our loan to help our house be more efficient.. and they are nice. But why isn't my house more efficient?! It's not even summer my bill can be this high cut in half! If you're financially struggling this will only make it worse.
