My friend and I needed copies of our birth certificates. So we went to the Oregon building by LloydCenter and the security guard named Issac who works on the Vital Statistics floor was/is AMAZING!!. He pays attention to people and what the need, he is soooo polite and patient (which can be a challenge considering some of the clientele!) and you could tell by his energy that he is a really good guy, looking out for everything and everyone. I wish ALL security guards were this wonderful!
