I thought there was no hope for my computer. I stood in line at MicroCenter for an hour, only to have them tell me it would be at least 30 days before they would get back to me (no guarantee my computer would be fixed). I luckily called Warren (based on the positive reviews). Warren replaced parts and removed unnecessary programs I didn't even know were there. Runs better than ever and it was fixed in less than a week. Highly recommend!
