Almost three full weeks to get my tire and rim back. Came back multiple times to check on the tire and nobody even knew where it was. The owner kept apologizing but nothing ever got done. I finally get my tire back today. They repaired the rim and let me drive off with a nail in my tire. They were made aware that the tire needed to be patched when I dropped it off with them. I just picked it up TODAY AND IM DRIVING ON A FLAT TIRE 3 HOURS LATER. Not to mention, they also lost my valve caps. The best part of all is this is the owner told me my tire would be ready in three days. Absolute nightmare. Never again. Editing post: I’m here at hamms tires and they just informed me that when my rim was but on they stopped my wheel stud. So now I am on 4 out of 5 lug nuts. Mind you I just replaced ALL OF THEM MYSELF BRAND NEW THE MORNING I DROPPED IT OFF AT DANAS CUSTOMS.
