This place is a scam. We've been working on custom boxes for 6 months now and the first sample we received did not fit our products. After sending products, all the way to Pakistan. They still sent us a sample that did not work for our products, somehow was even worse than before with the physical products. The rep Ian we were working with disappeared due to family issue and we were handed over to "Robin" who takes 14 days to get back to us after telling us multiple times we'll have an answer by Friday. We have already paid upfront for everything and have nothing to show for it. We have requested a refund and have had no answers via email, whatspp or returned my calls. I would not trust this company, I honestly think it's being run by one person or even at all. Seems like they send a sample to gain your trust and then disappear with your money after that. Buyer beware!
