I assumed from the listing that this was a store or show room. When I arrived, the door was locked. I called the number on the sign and was told that they only do online orders and that it wouldn't be possible to get an order filled so late in the day (half an hour before the published "closing" time). Frustrating -- I needed a product first thing in the morning. I was juggling a lot and felt quite overwhelmed. When David, the assistant warehouse manager, came out to go home, I don't know if he saw my melt down or just wondered who was parked out front. But he came over, asked me what I needed, apologized for the inconvenience, and made a phone call. He doesn't have access to payment systems, but he gave me the items I needed and arranged for someone to call me tomorrow to take payment by phone. I haven't received that kind of caring treatment in years. In the midst of a very awful day, this interaction renewed my faith in humanity. Thank you so much, David. You're a credit to your employer and a very kind-hearted man.
