Our social services agency sends our staff and volunteers here for training. After attending one of the sessions on my own, I'm so thankful that we've partnered with this organization. Our instructor Dwon was phenomenal. The way he taught the differences between respiratory arrest and cardiac arrest changed my perspective, and this is coming from someone who used to be a lifeguard and first aid/cpr instructor myself! First Aid and CPR are such essential skills for being a supportive community member, I recommend everyone take the opportunity to learn these skills and keep them up to date. You very well could save a life!
