*WARNING* This place NEEDS to be shut down! The worst place you could ever screen! Please be aware if you are traveling for screening they will waste your time and never give you the results of your blood work! I drove from San Antonio TX to screen for a trail and I've traveled all over the USA for clinical trails so this wasn't anything new to me. However the experience was so bad it's almost unbelievable! Normal screening takes about 4-6hrs but it took so much longer here. I screened on Dec 17th and didn't hear ANYTHING back until the Dec 30th and the only thing they called to say was they messed up on my blooswork and I needed to do a repeat. I went back for the repeat and I should have known better after the first time. Again no one called with any updates good or bad. I've called over and over again only to have them hang up on me! I've left message after message with no call back!!!!! Today is the 6th and no one has called me! I finally got through to someone today and they told me management would reach out to me in regards to check in tomorrow but NOTHING! PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! Fortrea Dallas is a joke and waste of time it's literally a day before my trail and no one could tell me if I got accepted or not! I called so many times it's crazy and still nothing DO NOT waste your time and travel here. I will not be participating in this trail or any others with Fortrea. I heard horrible stories about Fortrea Dallas from friends but I never thought it could be this bad. I can only imagine the chaos inside once admitted. Read other reviews the same thing!

Everyone is so mad in the reviews about multiple blood draws and being woken up early but that is what you sign up for and get paid for. It depends for each study it’s each different so ask questions in your screening appointment about blood draws and food that might concern you. The trails may not be super safe because they’ve not been tested before in humans so try doing co-hertz that’s in their final testing so you know that other people have tried it . Also this is a business you have to be in time for your OPV appointment, to build a standard. The food is not good it’s very bland so be prepared for that , but overall the staff members were very friendly and sweet. The management might be really unorganized but the staff members are very professional. I have done 4 studies here I highly recommend this place

PLEASE THINK TWICE now been named FORTREA before coming to these facility; although is a nice facility with a plenty natural light, they check your bag as if you were going to prison, mess up all your things and confiscate literally everything !! Don’t expect to keep nothing for your whole stay !. I saw how they got rid of 6 people since they always get a lot more people from what they need and some flew all the way there just to get the stupidest excuse for getting kick out!. Is rude to keep recruiting way more people than what they need just for their convenience and never think and emphasize with participants that have traveled for hours, paid for hotel and Uber. Then they wake you up at 4am to check for Aid unnecessarily and threatened you with penalizing you for getting late to the procedures when the paper is on the wall and you need to wake up super early to go and take a picture; instead of them been more organize and give you your schedule for the whole week so that you can be prepare like in most of the clinics. This clinic is “the WORSE” they are very good to deduct money for any little thing or kick out when coming from very far; but when it comes to their responsibilities they are very unorganized. Save your self the headache !

This is the worse place ever, completely empty, no one to take care of you, no even a sign or any kind to let you know they care! Wow, I heard people laughing behind the door, knock the door, knock the windows, they didn’t care, they never can out. Incredible
