I can't praise enough, Scott Price of Copy Machine & Printer Repair! He came the very next day, knew everything that was wrong and was needed to repair my very old Hewlett Packard LaserJet 4000N printer. He showed me a broken part, and listed additional parts needed for the next day. He came again the next day and repaired everything with new parts (I saw him unwrap their packages). In the past, other repair company people had "fixed" my printer with used parts but charged me for new parts. Scott did not do that. Also, his overall bill was extremely reasonable. He is personable and fun to talk to while performing his review and his repairs. I will definitely call for his help again, the next time it is needed.
