Our firm has been using Tarrytech since September, 2009, so in writing this review, I speak with years of experience. We began by giving them our IT business and have gotten extraordinary service right from the start. These guys know what they are doing and they genuinely care about helping their customers. I normally get a very quick turnaround on my requests but when they are backlogged, they let you know and so I never worry that my request is being ignored. Then in December, 2013, we gave them our hosted email business and it is running seamlessly. So, when we needed to upgrade our phone system, we gave them that business, too, in May, 2016. Here's the thing: that transition was not easy but Tarrytech took complete ownership of any problems and made it right, as I knew they would. This was a new undertaking for them and something of a risk. Our firm was the perfect place to do this because we have such confidence in them. In the end, it worked out really well and we are very happy we gave them our business. For me, it is rare to find the combination of competency and care. Tarrytech offers both.
