I went down to this place for rental assistance and was told that they don't take walk in applications. I clearly seen a women filling out some sort of application. I was told to call on the 15th of the month and if it falls on a weekend to call the following Monday at 9am. I called several times right at 9am on the dot and kept getting an automated system saying they were put of rental assistance. There is no way 30 people got through to talk to anyone! Whether I was a landlord or tenant, they want you to leave a voicemail. What's the point it of calling or going down if they pick and choose who they want to help.
