Building is great but management is horrible. They allow security to treat tenants that pay rent any type of way. There’s no reason every week I’m explaining myself to a security guard that won’t be there the next week. They have no manners they don’t know how to approach or talk to tenants that pay rent. Then management has all their tenant meetings during work hours so if you do work you can’t attend. Then management makes all their decisions for the buildings amenities without any input or concern for what the tenants want. Then they call it a community. It’s been times where I came in 3/4am and couldn’t get in my building because management shut off the key fob to get in. As I said it’s a beautiful building but it’s ran like a shelter/ facility.
