After reading reviews and testaments about this company, i felt confident i had chosen the right company. I called to request assistance with caring for my sister who is on hospice and dying of cancer. I had an in depth conversation with person who answered the phone. I was informed someone would be out the same afternoon or next morning for assessment. No one has shown up, nor have I received a follow up phone call. If they were unable to provide the services requested, i would have appreciated a call. Huge disappointment.
