I worked in the location 315 Wyckoff in Brooklyn for coalition Hispanic Family Services just as a temp. This company is very unprofessional the same therapist talk about the clients probelms to the receptionist right in front of me. I worked in the 6th floor and the receptionist was so rude she never introduced me to the staff on my first day of work. I guess she didn’t like me because I was white. This company broke the hipaa rules by exposing Clients problems to others. Clients information and problems should remain confidential at all times. This company should be closed down for fraud. They are unprofessional and rude. I would give them Zero stars. All they did was gossip about their own clients how can they still be running.

I really am sick of this agency . Been dealing with them for 5 years now . I’ve had over 6 different case workers , they lie on court documents, they lie on PHR reports . They lie about everything they do not do . They don’t check on the kid like they are supposed too .The foster mother is just as horrible , I have virtual visits and she keeps blocking my number, I gotta call from numbers she doesn’t know . This is very frustrating. This agency is horrible . Please try your best dealing with them , keep your patience but stand your ground cuz they are the real criminals!

While I wish I could award this establishment a higher rating, I find myself unable to do so. Although I do not typically write reviews, I feel compelled to share my experience in this instance. Having recently been hired at this location, I was initially enthusiastic about the new opportunity, particularly because I am a native of the community that this organization aims to support. Unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived. On my first day, I received no formal training. Instead, I was seated in a cubicle and instructed to read an extensive history of ACS and its mission. While I understand that initial training processes can vary, particularly within non-profit organizations, there were other aspects of my experience that were more concerning. The work environment appeared disconnected from the community it serves. In addition, the organizational practices seemed rooted in traditional methods, which studies and my own extensive experience suggest are often ineffective. I believe that this organization could benefit from significant updates to better align with contemporary approaches which can effectively address employee morale and the needs of the community. Furthermore, the implementation of a strict dress code, which leaned more towards business formal than business casual, was another point of contention. While business attire can convey professionalism, I believe it is time to re-evaluate this mindset. The clothing choices of employees should not define their education or their ability to perform their job effectively. Additionally, I was surprised to find that there was no designated area for staff to eat their meals and decompress from what could be a hectic workday. From my experience, staff were required to eat lunch at their desks or locate an alternative place outside the building. This practice raises concerns regarding maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Overall, my experience left me with the impression that the organization lacks a sense of value not only towards its employees but also towards the community it aims to serve. I accepted this offer hoping to find a relatable environment and a meaningful connection to the organization, but unfortunately, I experienced the opposite. It is worth noting that the only reason I gave it any stars is primarily due to the commendable efforts of the director and the team I would have closely collaborated with. The challenges I observed are not department-specific but rather indicative of broader organizational issues. There is a clear need for an HR team that actively champions inclusivity, diversity, and the overall well-being of its valued employees. This place may never hire me again because of my honesty, but I do hope someone in higher management considers a deep dive into improvements! Stay safe and blessed everyone ✨

My Children weren't receiving proper care at all They did not have no clothes and the agency staffs were stealing the checks and telling the Foster parents that they received the check the workers left on "vacation" and never came back they shredded evidence and was sending the money to offshore account. My Daughter Has Not Received Any Type of Help Being There . If I could rate it 0 stars I would There are new workers coming in and out because nobody wants to stay because they know some of the people there are still doing the same thing. They also messed up my case too by lying on me
