If I could leave a zero star review I would. This crisis line is super hit or miss as to whether or not those who are helping you are actually supportive, actually mostly miss, I had a peer support person who was pretty good, but my gripe is when I CALL I need help and most of the time I don't get the help I need. This is the line I am told to call by any therapist I have if I need support in-between sessions and I'm honestly sick of calling it. I should be able to expect better of a crisis line. Please do better.
