Everyone at the center are very helpful but, trying to reach them is beyond ridiculous.. When u call your told the estimated wait time is usually 6/7/8 minutes but, after a half an hour still no one picks up...Ive called 4 x now...Once waiting 43 minutes only to be disconnected...It was awful!! I just called again this morning n I was told I was called number 1..I waited 22 minutes n once again no one answered n I hung up...Get it together over there people, it will be greatly appreciated by the community.
