I wouldn’t recommend using this place as a PCP, they are horribly understaffed and/or busy- they don’t have anyone manning the phones beyond the front desk. Getting prescriptions filled is a nightmare, even if you get a hold of someone (rare) to request a refill just wait a few days and you’ll find that it was never actually sent out to your pharmacy. This has happened to me multiple times now
