Lived in one of their properties in Lafayette. On move our date mellisa never showed up for our walk through. 4 months later get a bill saying we owe 3 months of energy bills, they took out $300 for cleaning which she said were for a “few” crumbs in the oven. They also tried to pull a fast one and extend our move out date by 4 additional days. No one ever calls anyone back all they do is try to send threatening letters from their staff accountant Steffi who is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She should be fired and that’s all im going to say there. If your thinking about renting a property from this management company, DONT! They will nickel and dime you. It’s like death from a thousand paper cuts with that company. They are shady and should be reported.
