Brian is very non communicative and bordering on rude. Waited weeks for him to do work ups paid for an evaluation to fix Wi-Fi issues and upgrade projector and remote systems in my Airbnb executive rental. Brian never followed up with Quotes, or the things I said to proceed with for pricing when we talked. I texted, emailed , left messages for several weeks . No response!! finally got a auto text response after 4 weeks saying he’s with another customer, and that he would get back to me, but he didn’t even do that ! either this company has too much business or there’s some level of incompetence happening that I am unable to understand. I would say to anyone wanting to use this company. There are much better options out there. Fortunately , the money paid for the evaluation and quotes he never completed was refunded. Huge waste of time.
