Respectfully, I shouldn't be welcomed with the thick smell of cigarettes the minute I enter the building. It's disgusting and some people, like me, tend to have issues breathing or get migraines once in the presence of that smell. If I am to come to work, I shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable doing it.
