In this place like they are pretty good theyre service theyres a lady they're she's short that helped me pretty good don't remember her name but at the same time other workers here are like lazy if people don't wanna work why do they go to work and this place man i also have to say they speak to some people In a certain way that I be like damn they have spoken to me like if some money is coming out of theyre pockets I also got to point out I don't know how is this welfare office still open

THEY KEEP PUSHING BACK MY FOOD STAMPS AND CASH ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS! MY PREVIOUS CENTER I WAS AT MADE ME WAIT 2 WEEKS CONSISTENTLY WITH NO EXCEPTIONS! THIS CENTER MAKES ME WAIT 3 WEEKS, 2 AND A HALF WEEKS, OR SOME OTHER INCONSISTENT TIME! UNACCEPTABLE!

Don't call just go there. They have the printers you can upload your documents for the Recertification. My EBT was stolen/skimmed one time by the supermarket Pioneers and I went here to resolve it. They have a late crew that stays after 5pm so they helped me to do the paperwork to file a claim. I tried to do this at home but it wasn't possible. I received all my benefits back in less than 2 weeks. If you are not getting helped then I suggest going to your local assembly members office. Email the mayor's office if you are not sure who is your council member. Make sure you tell them why you are in need of that information.

I have never felt less of a human than how they make me feel today I felt like trash me and my kids my seven year old crying cause the people are getting upset in the place because they refuse to take care of people need poor customer service I have never never felt like this before never they grouping everyone in one that so unfair smh I’m so sorry I came here. My emotion are running wild the way how they treat people is not good they need to do better. I’m not here because I want to be I’m here because I need help for my kids. How they deal with people here you can’t come here if your at your breaking point and can’t hold back you tears your emotion like me because it just gonna send it over the roof. Smh I never felt like this poor service poor.
