The people at this shop came to my rescue when I accidentally snapped a piece off a circuit board i was installing. Their soldering g service was super fast, and everyone at the shop was so nice and so chill. I will absolutely come back here if I need any computer help in the future!! Thanks so much!
Excellent service! If you’re experiencing computer issues, I highly recommend BrainWave Computers for troubleshooting. My older computer died and I really didn’t want to spend money for a new computer, so it was suggested that I purchase a rebuilt computer and for me, it was the best solution. Very happy with my new-to-me computer and it was excellently priced!
I've had both a PC and an iMac serviced by BrainWave Computers, each project accomplishing the goal and coming in at a reasonable price. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the shop is well-organized and inviting (we've all been to those cluttered closets that some call a "computer repair store"). I was notified of all progress to the work, as well as all questions/concerns answered promptly and clearly. I'll definitely go to BrainWaves in the future if needed.
