I made an appointment for 6:00pm, me and my wife arrived at 5:45. It was 6:20pm when we decided to just leave. We were told Mr. Gibson would be helping us. Karen at the front desk was very polite and nice and said he would be with us in a bit. He never came. I like H & R Block regardless, but extremely unprofessional from this group. If you don’t meet a certain status, I don’t recommend this group of experts.
Pat Sykes is great! Have used for nine years and is the reason we keep coming back. She is thorough, professional and kind hearted.
