Great staff! I was divided on which product to buy for home wifi mesh system and the representative was able to explain everything to me- irrespective of my purchase decision. Such experiences keep up the brick and mortar stores up and running! Again, kudos to great customer service!
This is a very large store that seems to always have available inventory. Whenever I go to my closest Best Buy store, they seem out of stock of most items and constantly refer me here. They are very friendly here and helpful. I had the good fortune of meeting a Best Buy representative named Mayweather, who helped me best understand the value of the Oura rings as compared to the Fitbit's and Whoop Life. He was very knowledgable and helped to decipher the long-term value of all of these devices and ongoing potential costs. This will probably be my new Best Buy store, although it's 7 miles further away.
I had such an incredible experience at the Best Buy in Frisco, TX, all thanks to Ken! Ken went above and beyond to help me find the perfect travel camera. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping me make the right choice. As a professional photographer who normally shoots with a Canon R6, I was looking for something more travel-friendly—but without compromising on quality. Ken took the time to walk me through all the options and ultimately helped me choose the Canon R8. I couldn't be happier with it! The image and video quality are amazing, and it’s now my go-to backup camera for client work. Thanks to this camera, I captured incredible moments during my trip—and most importantly, my sister-in-law was able to capture the exact moment I got engaged! None of this would have been possible without Ken’s expert guidance. If you're looking for someone who truly knows their stuff and genuinely cares about helping you find the right gear, ask for Ken. He made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time!
First we went to the Best Buy in another town, but it was not a good experience. Then we went to this one where there was plenty of help available and actual products in stock to buy and take home. Our goal was to buy a TV plus anything else needed for a good viewing experience. We specifically told the salesperson we didn't want to have to stop and have to go buy something else for the set-up to be complete. The knowledge of the employee made it easy to purchase everything we would need. Got home, set up everything, and sure enough, we had all the bits and bobs to hook up a soundbar and utilize our existing antenna to get all the free over-the-air channels plus the built-in TV features. It wasn't cheap, but it was available, and since we worked hard to save up for this purchase, it was nice to get home and enjoy it with no complications. Shout out to the proactive, helpful greeter and to Dylan the LG expert. Thanks!
