Very bad experience. I went to pick up my order of 3 ladtops the day after the purchase on 5/26. A guy called Edwin, who he couldn't be more rude, told me to wait for receiving a message saying that the order is ready to pick up. One day later, 5/28 I received an email saying that the order was cancelled because no one picked it up. Incredible, Worst customer service I've experienced.
Phenomenal experience just now! I was in and out in 10 minutes. I needed some supplies for my iPhone and the associate named Rosa could not have been more helpful. She listened to exactly what I needed and was able to get me to the right products immediately, and helped me make final decision on a couple of items. This is why Best Buy continues to survive while other big box companies are closing. It’s all about Customer Service and Rosa could probably teach other people how to treat customers. Thank you again Rosa you are wonderful!
Visited Best Buy store after almost 6-7 months and I was pleasantly surprised to see how it has changed completely. Store feels more spacious and far better organized. It feels like a display centre though in a good way. I just hope it was easier to find customer support guy to help me with my questions about some products.
This place was good. Neatly organized and store people were friendly. I was looking for Apple Watch and Jon was the guy who attended. He was knowledgeable and Courteous. There was a little bit of delay in finding the product, he apologized couple times although it is not even a mistake. Other people on the floor seems to be friendly too and they make sure we are attended and our query is answered. They also have auto service station which I am seeing for the first time in Best Buy.
