Nice best buy store but I called asking if I bought a scooter online, if they could have it built when I picked it up. The person on the phone kept saying they could for free. I asked multiple times just to make sure but once I got there, they said they don’t do that. Told me the dumpster was around the corner and that I could go over there and build it there and throw away the box.

Colin was the technician affiliated with Geek Squad, who patiently navigated and educated me on the transfer of my photos from my phone. Not understanding the cloud and new configurations on my phone, Colin made this look easy and efficiently got my needed data transfered while explaining this process and its operations. One of the cleanest and most organized Best Buys I’ve ever walked into. This location feels more high-end compared to others which fits with the rest of Santana Row. I came in for a new pair of earbuds and ended up browsing the TVs and smart home section for way longer than I meant to. Staff was chill and didn’t hover, but they were right there when I needed help checking out compatibility on something. Good experience overall and just cool to see tech stuff in a nicer setup like this.

Wow, they are so helpful and professional here. I came to buy a camera, and when I was debating whether to buy the bundle or not, the staff member helped me find an Amazon price match without me even asking. He answered my many questions about Geek Squad protection very courteously as well. Another staff helped me find a price match for the memory card I returned to buy separately. Dang! So helpful and not pushy about selling things to you at all. I’d definitely come back to buy at Best Buy over Amazon just for this level of service.
