Update: Mark, the service director, personally reached out and sincerely apologized for the experience I had. He assured me that his company doesn’t operate that way and wanted to make things right. He asked me to come back in, and when I did, they completely redid the service and changed the oil and filter again. Mark took the time to speak with me directly, made sure everything was handled properly, and even gave me a full refund. I truly appreciate the effort and accountability. It shows that there are still companies out there that genuinely care about their customers. ——— Bought a brand new bike from them and spent a big chunk of money on break-in service. Took my bike out for a ride and parked it for a couple hours. Came back to this (see video). For almost $500 for a break-in service, I’d expect my bike to not be leaking. Very disappointed with the quality of work.
