We had an a wonderful experience from start to end !! We were greeted in a welcoming manner and offered water and sodas while we waited for a member of the sales team. We chose to view vehicles on the showroom floor and within minutes we were greeted by Greg from the sales team. Greg asked what vehicle we were interested in as we had previously viewed the website and had a few picked out. He checked inventory and verified that the vehicles were actually onsite before walking us out to the lot. Once he brought the vehicle around he showed the vehicle and demonstrated highlights of the vehicle. He was knowledgeable and professional. He offered a test drive and we were happy to do so !! we fell in love with the vehicle!! When negotiation time came Greg explained every protection product very clearly, must we mention during this time he remained very respectful and professional and allowed us time and space to make the best decision for us .. and we did not chose every option. He advised us again and made sure we understood what we had chose. It was great working with Greg and the dealership !! We walked away with feelings of a valued customer and of course a beautiful vehicle!!!
