I was disappointed today. I waited for the owner to finish with the person in front of me. Then, in one second he told me your coins worth only their face value without even looking at it even though I told him the app says it’s worth something. According to app, it says my coin worth about $600.

Owner very kind, professional, honest and knowledgeable. Thoroughly explained everything. I have been purchasing coins online up until this point, but I will definitely be using this store more.

I came to this location expecting someone hard to deal with, one to whom would not be helpful to me in any way, and all because of someone's previous complaint here. Well, to be honest, this gentleman here took the time out of his day to assist me, to teach me a bit about my quarry... not only did he verbalize what things were, he made sure I had a visual understanding as to the coins and the descriptions at hand. I couldn't be more happy with the service at hand even though things didnt go my way, and would recommend this store for anyone who needs some direction or help with coins. Thank you sir

I drove all the way across town to find out that they closed early despite somebody still being in the building they came out to let me know they were closing in 10 minutes and everything was locked up. What a waste of my time.

Great customer service! I was in a few months ago looking for specific 1 oz silver coins, but they didn't have any at the time. I left with a couple other items at a really good price and also left my name and phone number along with my list, and asked for a call should anything come in. Well I came in yesterday and Randy went to the back and came out with a tray of silver coins from my list that he had set aside for me!!! He said he called me 2 weeks ago, I checked my phone and he had, I just missed it, but he still kept the coins for me!! Thanks again Randy, for going above and beyond!!! -Alexa
